When asked what he thought mainly influenced Time to consider him for the renowned award although there were many strong contenders, including Ye — formerly known as Kanye West, Donald Trump, Kari Lake, and Pete Davidson for 2022 and 2023, he tweeted again — “I bought Time. Why do you think I’m not the richest person on the planet now? Time has costed me $32 billion. It’s a pretty good deal if you ask me. Prettaaay prettaaay good.”
