Detaching yourself not only from toxic people but also from innocuous people is healthier than Moroccan Detox Mint green tea and Creamy Avocado smoothie — combined. (Do not — I repeat — do not drink mint green tea and avocado smoothie combinedly). Detachment makes not only you end up finding yourself but also you losing them for good, which is GOOD. GOOD? IT’S GREAT!

Let’s be honest. Innocuous people aren’t exactly non-toxic either. They’re just less toxic. You’re not going to survive just because you ate poison a little less. (Do not — I repeat — do not try this at home, or anywhere, really). To reiterate, less poison is still poison. I’m here to save you from dying, even if you’re already on your deathbed — unless it’s really too late for you. At least read the whole thing and die. THANKS!

How’s that for a killer intro?

On Social Media

Open Instagram every twenty-five minutes when you’re awake and every thirty-five minutes when you’re asleep. Instagram is where almost every normal attention-seeking Gen Z, Millennial, and Gen X share everything. Weird attention-seeking ones? Twitter.

Normal and weird attention-seeking Baby Boomers? Go to Facebook, assuming (hoping) you only slightly care…
